After 2 children and 20 years of constant long haul flights for work to say I was unfit was an understatement. Aeroplane and hotel food along with very little exercise took their toll. I’d tried gyms along the way but found it so completely boring and to be honest a chore that I would lose interest in after a matter of weeks. I used to be a keen athlete but never imagined I would ever get close to those levels of fitness again . How wrong I was. After 12 months of training with Jon my life has completely transformed.

I’ve been training with Jon for many years now - starting with Spinning, then TRX, Kettle Bells, Cross Core, ViPR and GunEx. The kit and the classes are of the highest standard and are constantly being updated with new technology and the latest equipment. His high-tech scales - InBody - enable you to track the improvements in your own body composition, which is amazingly rewarding!
Jon is the most motivational and enthusiastic coach I have ever met, encouraging everyone to work to their own ability and individual goals. I was part of this initial weight loss programme and successfully reached my target within the timeframe.
