Spinning classes offer a number of benefits, including:

The kit and the classes are of the highest standard and are constantly being updated with new technology and the latest equipment. I started training with Jon last summer. Although there have been breaks, some COVID related I haven’t looked back. I look forward to every session & never fail to end each session on a high! Training outside (whatever the weather) is brilliant, Jon is knowledgeable & encouraging, works us to the best of our ability but makes every session fun too!

He has fostered a real community spirit between the ‘team’ and everyone is welcomed from day 1. While I still have a way to go on my journey to true fitness I have no doubt that Jon will be with me all the way to guide and support me. I wouldn’t train with anyone else!
