I love training at Jon Hill 30 minute Dynamic fitness. Jon is 100 per cent focused on each session and motivates each team member to do their best. Jon has invested in dynamic equipment to get the best results which are seen quickly. My strength has hugely improved by regularly attending his Gun-ex and ViPR sessions. The energy in each session is infectious and I look forward to training with a brilliant team each time.
I can’t praise Jon enough for helping me achieve a life long ambition. I successfully managed to lose over 60 lbs and shrink by 64 inches by following his fitness and nutrition plan. By attending the mixed range of classes on offer, I have grown fitter, leaner and stronger.
The group sessions are great as there is lots of support and encouragement from everyone else. Jon is very supportive yet motivates and inspires me to keep going to maintain and improve my goals. He believed in me and I can’t thank him enough. Quite simply he is the best.
Training regularly with Jon and the team has enriched my life on so many levels. I would never have thought myself capable of keeping up such a healthy exercise regime. That’s because it’s far more than exercise. It’s fun, challenging, motivating, mentally healing, uplifting, satisfying, connecting and keeps my mind and body in check.

Jon Hill’s Dynamic Training is more than just workout classes. It is a community of friendly, supportive, like-minded people and was exactly what I was looking for when I moved to the area.
Jon is so encouraging and it really shows that he cares about the progress and wellbeing of each of his members, even through lockdown he made sure everyone had all the equipment they needed at home to continue with their workouts, including delivering spinning bikes!
