I started training with Jon last summer. Although there have been breaks, some COVID related I haven’t looked back. I look forward to every session & never fail to end each session on a high! Training outside (whatever the weather) is brilliant, Jon is knowledgeable & encouraging, works us to the best of our ability but makes every session fun too!

After 2 children and 20 years of constant long haul flights for work to say I was unfit was an understatement. Aeroplane and hotel food along with very little exercise took their toll.
