I love training at Jon Hill 30 minute Dynamic fitness. Jon is 100 per cent focused on each session and motivates each team member to do their best. I started training with Jon last summer. Although there have been breaks, some COVID related I haven’t looked back. I look forward to every session & never fail to end each session on a high!
